A simple deck for quick and easy reference of your wild shape forms available to the Druid! Also included are form fillable PDFs file for you to instead create your own! You can easily edit them on just about any PDF viewing software, including your web browser!

Included in this download are two different sets of cards, one with my standard black backgrounds and one ink-saving option for anyone printing them at home!

The cut and finished cards are 70x120mm (standard TAROT size) and will fit any standard TAROT SIZED card sleeve.

REMEMBER to install the fonts I've included! If you do not the fonts will not appear correctly while trying use the form fillable PDF and you may encounter some problems.

These cards are a great option to get all those bulky books off your table, stop wasting time leafing through papers and notes, and get back to playing dungeons and dragons! We are dnd players first and these were designed specifically to meet our own needs at the D&D table. All our friends love them, especially the newer players. We love using these and we're confident you will too!

What's SRD?

SRD is the collection of mechanics we are allowed to use on our Dnd products, any non-SRD spell will not be included in our spell packs. We do however include form fillable blank spell cards with all our spell packs for you to type any spells you might be missing!

How do I get the form fillable pdfs to work?

The form fillable pdfs will work with most browsers and acrobat reader. Please make sure to install the included fonts before you try to use them or they will not work properly.
I've made the form fillable pdfs easier to edit for you in acrobat reader! Now you are able to change the font size, formatting and bold the spell descriptions if you'd like so they'll match perfectly with the spell cards I've pre-filled for you 😊 simply click on the form fillable box and press the edit button (Ctrl+E).

Can I sell these as a physical product?

No. None of my items come with a license to sell.
You are free to print and gift them to any of your friends but I do not authorize any reselling of my products, both in digital and physical form.

What device can I edit these PDFs on?

Desktops and laptops are your best bet as phones and tablets are simply not designed to be able to handle form fillable PDFs.
Aside from that I HIGHLY recommend you download Acrobat Reader as it is the best free program for editing the PDFs to your liking, allowing you to bold text and even change fonts!

Great product saved me tons of time

Cards are easy to customize using Adobe as instructed. I'm using these for Pathfinder and the having the usual DnD cards and the ability to customize my own has been great! Responses were fast and I was able to get help right away with what I needed. I can't recommend enough!
