A simple form fillable little tool to create a quick and easy reference of monsters and NPCs for any campaign setting, it does NOT come with any pre-filled monsters. Whether you're creating your own monsters/NPCs or just want an easy place to keep all the creatures you're using, this little pocket companion provides all the information you need at a glance. These are form fillable PDFs that you can easily edit on just about any PDF viewing software, including your web browser!

Print and assemble the sheets into a small booklet, or cut them out into individual monster cards instead.

The assembled booklet is 3.5x 5 in (95x128mm) and you can fill it with as many pages as you can manage to staple! They are designed to fit four pages per US standard 8.5x11 paper.

Included is a zipped file with the fonts used, the form fillable PDF both the cover page and an inner page, a version for longer text as well for those monsters with just too many abilities, and a simple example page just in case you need reference for what goes where.

REMEMBER to install the fonts that are included in the zip file so your PDF works properly! Otherwise the fonts will not display correctly and you may run into some issues.
